Party Confirmations and Invoices can be customized to match your existing identity through the use of word based templates.

You can customise confirmations and invoices from the templates tab in the program options.

Not only can you change the format, but you can also change the content through the use of merge fields.

In this demo we will add the party number and the party location to the booking confirmation.


Save the template when you have finished customizing.

Now when you confirm a party the confirmation will use the new customized template.
